The best way I’ve found to boost my health AND lose weight also happened to improve many other areas of my life too. As I change the types of food I eat:
- my energy levels get much better
- I drop weight quickly
- I regain muscle strength, aerobic capacity and physical endurance
- My mental clarity and capacity is improved notably and
- I feel really good – inside and out.
Basically, my body and mind simply works better.
I’ve also found this is a great way to get rid of cellulite! Yes, all too seemingly stubborn and mystifying cellulite starts to melt. I have a theory about why, and I’ll share that in a future blog. Plus, it also doesn’t hurt that my jeans fit and look much better.
Since I’m able to get so much more done in my average day, I also have reserves of energy and patience to breeze through life’s challenges. And I’m happier: full stop.
But the biggest bonus of all is that I’m more healthy! Beyond how my doctors react, I feel like I’ve installed the fountain of youth in my kitchen and vitamin cabinet – but without the bubbling sound – and I get a hit from it every day!
Over the years, my chums have seen me shrink before their eyes while getting real health benefits. They’ve seen me drop the weight – and didn’t believe that I could do this so quickly and then keep the weight off for a good few years at a stretch. Most of my friends have been really supportive; but I have funny stories about a few that were jealous.
I’ll share these stories and the secrets I’ve learned along the way because I believe that anyone who is determined enough and really wants to get their health, physique and energy levels back deserves to give this program a good whirl too. Before we start, in the next few days, get yourself checked out by your M.D. and/or primary healthcare provider so that they know you’ll be fine as you try out an anti-candida program (a.k.a. anti-yeast diet). Don’t be surprised if the Doctor doesn’t know too much about anti-candida diets: some Doctors are well aware of the challenges that excess candidiasis presents to a person’s body; others need to do a bit more research on the latest research on the topic, and along the way, I’ll try to give you some resources you can show them. But do get yourself checked out so you can give this new way of eating and thinking about food a chance to change your life for the better. Your body will thank you. I know mine sure did.

I have just come from the Health Food Store re: my yeast problem.
They do believe I need a cleanse and they suggested the Candigone 1 and 11 for a 15 day cleanse.
I will be starting this cleans eon May 11, 2009.

I finally started the yeast free diet on ‘Monday’ (August 24th, 2009..not sure why I waited so long?). I’ve been taking the supplements you suggested and I have to say that I have gained such energy not to mention my sweet tooth seems to be satisfied, no cravings!!
I’m thrilled to report that I seem to have lost 4pounds!
